In Response To: Swans in a group: All gone! (Alison)

I've been driving past 2 swans next to the river Taw for several weeks . A few days ago many swans had joined them and they were a joyful sight !

Today all swans have gone and I felt quite sad. Where have they gone? Is this normal behaviour and will they come back?
