Thanks for your response. I was able to get him out of the water today. He is not putting any weight on that leg. When he tries to walk he just flops on the ground, definitely not how he has walked in the past. I cannot see any visible injury such as cuts or tears. I will try to contact some of the contacts you recommended. Thanks again.
