In Response To: No one has seen the new born cygnets (Elaine)

Yesterday am the cygnets were seen with the mother. Since yesterday lunchtime no one has seen the cygnets but the parents are on the river. We cannot see the nest from where we are. Would you expect the parents to leave the babies for a while in order to swim or do you think they haven't survived?
