I noticed the following post on Flickr photographic website regarding cygnet at Lost Lagoon, and wondered what your thoughts are about this photographer's actions:

"I was petting this little guy with his momma watching me. She was leery, but the swans all know me. I feed them grasses and talk to them all the time for many years.
Sadly this little guy was no where to be seen yesterday."
