Regal Swan, I've seen Black Swans thrive in small ponds - with a pump - in a collection or two, one in a zoo, which only means for display and not for breeding. If I keep a same-sex pair for display (you said keeping only one is probably not a good idea) in kiddie pool-to-pond conversion would it be alright? The pool is 12 x 24 feet (3.7 x 7.3 metres) with depths between 2 feet and 4 feet. A foraging grass area of a similar size goes with the pool. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thank you very much.
