We have a pond with 1 pair of Mute Swans and 1 pair of Australian Blacks. We have a lawn company treat our grass.
We have stayed away from the pond but have a lot of weeds and would like to have them treated. The lawn company says things are safe 1 hr. after treating but if the swans eat the treated grass will this poison them along with the weeds? I own the book, Swan Keeper's Handbook and I feel sure the resorts must treat their grass.
