In Response To: Cygnet and parents: How to keep father swan around? (Connie)

We have a pair of mute swans at our park. They had one cygnet in May. The young one hangs with the female. The father has started to wander off away from the pond. Is this typical? Can we do anything to keep him around? Thank you!
