I live in an area where people are not particularly animal friendly, unfortunately. The question posed to me was this: 'what can we do to stop the swan chasing us while we play golf?

I would suggest they stay out of the swans territory. It's springtime. Also, the swans were apparently BROUGHT to the community to live here, so I'm also going to bring that point up. I also will suggest the 'stay clear of the nesting site, 300ft or more'

Can you please suggest anything else? It will be difficult for me not to reach across and smack someone, but if you could arm me with helpful hints, so they can avoid any sort of confrontation with said swan, I would be most grateful if you would share it with me!
