The lone swan could actually be one of the cygnets that did not leave with the parents. In any case, please contact Wendy Hermon, Swan Support, Datchet UK. She and her rescue team might be able to help or provide you with a contact that can come out and check on the swan to ensure it is not hurt or sick. The Regal Swan
