In Response To: 5 month old cygnets and parents (Randy)

We have 2 adult cobs and one adult pen with five 5 month old cygnets. The cgynets have one end of our pond and the adults use the other end, once in a while there paths cross and the cygnets are chased by one of the adults. If the cygnets dive the adult will watch intencely for it to resurface... when it dives to get away again. They have as of yet to drown anyone but I can see that day comming. What is going on? Should we enclose the cygnets for the winter away from the adults or what?
