In Response To: Strobe lighting affect on swans' eyes (Carl)

What affect does strobe lighting have on swans' eyes? My Condo Association Board is considering placing a strobe lighting device on the edge of our pond to get rid of hundreds of geese around same. It is my understanding that the lighting is difficult for the geese to tolerate during the day/night periods. Thank you for your assist in this matter.
