We have a mute swan on our lake. This lake freezes over in the winter. This swan has made no attempt to fly ever thoughtout the summer. I live in North West Indiana. He has managed to keep a very small area open so far on the lake. He still looks healthy, however, I do feel he is not going to make it. You wrote to a Barbra that the swan could be kept in a garage. I could make room in my garage but I do not know how to catch the swan without hurting myself or the swan. I have also called some local wildlife rehab centers awaiting return calls. Any other ideas would be great. Thanks
