In Response To: Swan in road refusing to budge. (Susan Silvis)

A swan sitting on the paved edge of a narrow busy road refused to move. It was seen in a neighbors yard and took at least a half hour for it to go 30 ft. When we tried to get it to move it just looked at us. It had walked a block from the lake to get to this point. They use $160,000.00 of chemicals in this lake for weed control. Could this be the reason for the swans behavior? We have lived here for over 30 years and have never seen this kind of behavior before.
