Rescued Swan cannot stand w/o falling,

My parents found a swan down by their boat dock that was nearly drowning. It was almost like it was waterlogged and couldn't stay upright and was being battered by waves against the shoreline. My stepdad managed to get it out of the water and they brought it up to the house and it has been in our barn for 3 days. It appears fully grown, but is dark grey in color with dark grey feet. The problem is, it can't get up. Can't stand or walk - and if it tries, it just falls completely over. It's neck and head also constantly sway/wobble, similar to an older person with Parkinson's (best way to describe it). Her wings and feet all seem fine, no obvious signs of injury. They have been feeding her cracked corn and keep fresh bowls of water, but now they aren't sure what to do, or what is wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
