In Response To: Cygnet can't walk or stand (Wells)

I was called to rescue cygnet that was abandoned by family. Little guy couldn't keep up and would repeatedly fall and can't get up. Seems otherwise healthy but has very limited use of legs. No apparent injury. Can you advise? Thanks
