No, we don't have a swan glossary. But, the vocalizations you are describing are pretty straightforward.
1. Hissing usually more by female swans than males, but they will both hiss to let you know you are getting too close or they really don't like something.
2. High pitched squeaking sound is a stress sound, sometimes calling for their mates or cygnets, but can just be a stress associated vocalization.
3. Bleeping type sound. Usually, a greeting, especially if the head is bobbing and you are offering food.
5. Purr, maybe described as a low hum. Usually, when you pick them up and calm them down they will make this sound.
