Yes, it would be possible to see an Australian Black Swan in Minnesota. However, more than likely it is someone's pet as it would not be able to survive the severe cold inclement weather without being cared for in a captive setting. Australian Black Swans are southern hemisphere swans and must be protected from severe cold weather. The Regal Swan
