Hi Evarest:

Yes, just ensure that it is not over chlorinated or treated with chemicals that fish cannot survive. It would be better if done by UV. If it is suitable for a fish (such as Koi), then it should be suitable for swans as fish are more fragile than birds. We hope this information is of benefit. The Regal Swan
