Hi I live in Delaware and there is a lone swan walking in the fields beside my house. There are no other swans around and there are only drainage ditches In the fields. We think it has an injured wing. Although I have seen it fly about 10 feet but not far off the ground. I am really worried that a predator will get this swan. We have a very large population of fox in this area. What can I do to help this poor swan? I am willing to try and rescue the bird but I don’t want to hurt it or myself in the process.
Please HELP!!!
