Hi QN:
We're not sure that there is a such a thing as a swan caretaker that can be gleaned as a career. Most swan keepers are private owners of swans or swan habitats. Individuals who have a background in zoology, biology, wildlife management or ornithology may look after the birds while having other jobs or waterfowl/wildlife responsibilities.
Secondly, the chances of getting a large flock that requires such daily care would be very hard to find unless the swans are in a captive setting or a large conservation area. In any case, you still need an educational background in ornithology, zoology, biology and wildlife management. Any of these degrees could lead to a full-time job at a zoo, conservation area or other related facility which could include the care of swans. We hope this helps. The Regal Swan
