In Response To: When do swans leave their young? (Paige)

My husband and I have recently discovered that there are three young swans on a pond near our home. They aren't with older swans, just by themselves. Will they eventually leave? Could they be someone's pets they dropped off? They are very immature, just wondering if they are going to do their own thing or we should worry about them?
