Oh, my incorrigible Precious is truly earning his previous nickname of LUCIFER. He's "hell on wheels" all over the lagoon, but I almost fell over laughing watching him decide to chase Boy, then realize that by doing that, he missed snapping at little Isolde sneaking back into the water. He took one last snap at Boy -- missed, and tore back to shore to "nab" Isolde - and missed her too - she was too fast for him.
What to do???
He swam around in circles, tail twitching, wings up. Nobody close enough to bite. Aw heck, all his fun spoiled.
He later spotted Tristan and Isolde together and tried to come up... 5 times!!! I just stood halfway down the slope, and spoiled all his efforts. He settled for having his neck stroked and being told he's incorrigible-but-beautiful.
He is SO funny - but all the swans will be VERY happy when he gets busy helping Marlika build a nest.
