We had a swan on a pond in our neighborhood and I saw her sitting on right next to the road sort of listing to the left. We called a wildlife organization who came and got her. She had been attacked by a dog, however, I have no idea why she would have been in an open field where the dog got to her. I am wondering if she was injured or sick to begin with. Your thoughts? By the way, I called the wildlife organization and she died. So sad.
