Hi, just purchased a pair of Swans. I was told that birds are little over 12 month old; birds never been pinioned, he clips birds wings stop them flying away; is it too late to pinion being they are over 12 month.

Also I have a other pair brother & sister (related), pair a like glue; being related is there any chance the pair could mate? they are little four years old nothing happening; I have a dam that has a boarder diver to sepate them from each other, both of them always along side moving along up and down the fence, don't know what to do.
