Wonderig what's wrong with a swan: Skinny neck and discoloured beak

Hi I was at the Kearns point of the swan river and there were these three swans and one of them had a skinnier neck and discoloured beak it was not so red and it was more white and wasn't so close to the other two just curious thanks
