Please contact Wendy Hermon at Swan Support (Datchet, England), 011 44 7572 450967 or the RSPCA to have them come out and rescue the swan with the broken bill. They can examine him and see if the bill is a problem for eating. If so, they may be able to treat him with a prosthesis for the top of the bill missing.

As far as what to feed, the best food source is cracked corn mixed with poultry layer pellets. You can still feed them some bread and also lettuce as a treat. The lettuce will help with their vegetation requirements. Please let us know how the swan with the broken bill progresses. The Regal Swan
