Hi, there is a swan in Princes park pond in eastbourne, he/she seems to be throwing himself under the water and tipping himself over, he may well be preening but I go to this pond everyday and I have never seen such behaviour, I was quite worried, but have no idea who to contact, then I googled and found you. Hope you can see the link, which is a video of the said swan. Thanks
