Great site.

We live in Victoria, Australia and have a view over a small swamp. Our black swan pair hatched seven cygnets this year. Recently five learned to fly and appear to have left.

The other two never showed any interest in learning to fly. Now the parents are giving them a hard time.

The two recalcitrants appear normal, same size, colour and eating habits as their siblings, just won't try to fly.

Why don't they want to fly? What is likely to happen?
