There is a swan sitting in the field near my house

Hi,

There is a single swan sitting on the snow near my house & hasn't moved for several hours:( I tried calling the Audubon Society, but they were closed. I'm not sure what I should do. It's dark now so I will check on he/she first thing in the morning. Any suggestions?
