Icy beaks . . . what to do?

Hello - I have two mute swans living on the river behind my house. This is the third year that I have feed them during the extremely cold months here in Michigan. This morning I noticed their beaks have so much ice on them they are struggling to grab food - is there anything I can do? (I feel so bad for them)
