We have young swan with injured or broken leg on pond behind house. Seems health other than leg. Swims around and feeds on its own. Rest of family of parents and two other young now shun it and chase it away.

Should we try to rescue or let nature take its course?

We have wildlife associations who will help but the animal must be brought to them. No idea how to catch a swan.

It will come over to you thinking it is going to be feed.
