In Response To: When do mute swans typically return to MA after wintering? (B.& Ways)

We had a nesting pair of mute swans arrive early last spring and they had 6 beautiful cygnets. After the pond level significantly dropped early this October, they all left, only to have 4 young ones return for a few days earlier this month, December. Once the temp plummeted last week they were gone. Any idea of who might return to the pond and when?Thank you for any information!
