Hi Chris
If the swan family is not in a veterinary pen that is not enclosed top to bottom to prevent predators from digging under or climbing into the pen, there is little that can be done. Once the family is on the lake, it is up to the parents to protect them. Even , then they might not be totally safe. In many states, freshwater turtles are protected and you may need a permit to relocate them from a pond or lake. The Regal Swan
