Advice on when to stop waiting...

And I guess, what to do next.

We're in Virginia and have been documenting a nest for the past 2 months. Is there any time point when we should intervene and what could we do?

Nest has 7 eggs, nest built beginning of March, first egg about 2nd week of March. Eggs rotated every few hours.
