We need some additional info and photos. Could you please get a photo showing the whole cygnet, and a side view of the wing? Also, how old is the cygnet, does it have trouble stretching the wing, does it float/swim normally without listing to one side? If you capture the cygnet, please take a photo of the entire wing by gently opening the wing. We need a photo of the front and back of the wing. We'll send this information to our veterinary staff and try to find an answer. The Regal Swan
