No, we don't know anyone in your area. You might try a veterinary school/college that may have an exotic/waterfowl specialist. Univ. Tennessee at Knoxville comes to mind. Tendon surgery is difficult and may not work, but the swan needs to have this surgery completed ASAP for it to have a chance for success. Leg and foot injuries of any kind in waterfowl can be lethal as the birds must be able to enter and exit water for their survival. We hope this info is of benefit. The Regal Swan
