Hi Kenneth

This condition needs immediate veterinary attention by an experienced waterfowl/bird veterinarian in order to save the wing. Even if the cygnets are pinioned (rendered unable to fly) this could be a painful condition. In a worst case scenario, the wing may need to be partially amputated if the underlying problem cannot be treated. Please let us know how this situation progresses. The Regal Swan
