My question pertains to a matted pair laid of Trumpter Swans. This is her first clutch and she laid her last egg 57 days ago and no cignets have hatched. Mom is still sitting on eggs. She is looking pretty ragged, dirty and thinner. Should we leave eggs or take them so she can get back to normal. These are located on Clear Spring Lake in Shelby Twp Michigan. The eggs are on my friend's patio and are easily accessible.
