Hi John:

Yes, we feel your pain. These state and federal wildlife officials are out of control. If they do not like something that may or may not affect their hunting/fishing income, they will make up "junk science" to back up their claims in order to get the public, media and politicians to side with them. This is how unjustified wildlife killings begin and continue. We were able to stop the senseless killings in NY as we presented actual valid reliable science that disputed the government's claims. NY State Senate and Assembly voted to stop the killings until the science could be produced to show that the Mute Swans are detrimental to the habitat. This may be what is needed in Pennsylvania. An additional issue is the wasted taxpayer dollars to implement this plan in which Michigan DNR officials admitted at the 2014 International Swan Symposium was of substantial cost to the taxpayer and was unsustainable. Hope this helps. The Regal Swan
