Probably not. Swans are picky eaters and look for supplemental vegetation that aligns more with their normal subaquatic vegetation. Leafy lettuce, especially romaine is more suitable for their diet. Sometimes they will eat iceberg lettuce, but they prefer the leafier softer romaine.
