Hi Ken:

Introducing geese may not be a good idea as they may or may not get along. If you are trying to get the swans to produce eggs, any disturbance/alteration to the habitat may disrupt this plan.

Now, if the swans have only produced 4-5 years ago, there is no guarantee that they will start producing again. There may be a couple of reasons for this cessation. You may have two females which is why the sudden cessation as the swans are not going to produce viable offspring. Or, the swans may be older and their egg producing period is over.

Remove the growth pellets as this may have too much nutrient material going toward growth rather than egg laying.

Feed the swans a 50% mixture of poultry layer pellets and cracked corn. Add some lettuce for supplemental vegetation needs. You can also feed them a little bread with all of this mixture to entice them to eat the new diet. Please let us know how this diet works out. The Regal Swan
