Hi Skip
You have two color variations. To swan keepers, they are known as Royal Mutes-cygnets are taupe in color with black feet or Polish Mutes (leucistic coloration) where the cygnets are white in color with taupe colored feet and legs. Their bills are orange in color. The Royal Mute bills will change from black to reddish orange. More than likely, the white cygnet is a female based upon size. But, she will need to be sexed just in case a definite determination is required. In any case, nothing is wrong, just a different coloration. The Regal Swan
