He/she has been here almost 2 weeks now, and is about 1.5 times the size of a goose. He is very active on the lake, have yet to see him on the land.

So how does it find a mate? This is the 1st wild swan I've seen my entire life. I've only seen them at zoos and such. So just seems to me it's chance of finding one are slim.

How ever we'd love to have more come as this small lake is infested with underwater plants and Lilly pads and the such.
