We have built the pen half on water half on land. It is on the same pond as the parent swans. This is the only pond where they will have people to care for them. I built a double layer in the water area a few feet past the first layer to keep them from getting to them. The parents have not left the outside of the pen. Is it possible the parents recognize them?
