Baby swan abandoned in my back yard

Hey
So there is a 2 month old swan sitting next to my tree in the back yard.. anyways it was kind of windy and stormy the other day and this swan has been sitting there for the past 24-48 hours. The parents are nowhere to be found and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions on helping this baby swan?
