Hi Sarah:

Normally, the parents will take all cygnets along for migration unless there is something wrong. Please contact the RSPCA or Wendy Hermon at Swan Support in Datchet. They should be able to send someone out to assess the situation and rescue the cygnet if necessary. Thank you so much for caring about the swan! You are greatly appreciated! The Regal Swan
