Embassy Suites and Royal Mute Swans

Hello. We are thinking about staying at an Embassy Suites hotel in Austin, Texas during an upcoming vacation trip. This hotel has two Royal Mute Swans. After reading reviews of the hotel, I came across one that stated the hotel was participating in animal cruelty by having these swans in a small pool area. From the pictures, it looks like the swans are healthy and the pool looks clean. Do these swans need a lot of space to swim/live in? I certainly don't want to stay at a hotel that would be considered cruel to these beautiful animals. It looks like they generally swim in one area that's separated by a bridge that leads to another larger pool. It appears that they could swim to the other pool under the bridge but seems like they stay in the smaller pool. Your opinion would be most appreciated as I am a huge animal lover. Thank you!
