Ask the Swan Specialist

One of the babies, now grown up, is still with the parents while all the others left

We have a pair of swans in a lake near my house. Every year they have about six babies and the babies leave in the fall. This year one of babies who is all grown up now is still with them. It is nice to see three of them together but do you know why this would happen? It has always just been the two of them. Thanks
