Can black swans see different colors?

I am wanting to know if the black swan can see different colors such as blue, red, white etc. We have swan on our small lake and thief are people with 1meter sail boats. She seems to not like the sail boats that are color blue, is it possible that she can tell the blue boats from other colors?
