Poorly Black swan

I have a black swan that looks unwell, his neck sometimes hangs to the side, he's lost the red colour to his eyes and are sunken in a little and his poop is mainly white, he still walks about and swims on the pond but he's just not himself he has being like this for a week now, I started him on baytrill 2 days ago not much improvement
